Perfectly located for walkers of all standards the park is situated next to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with its many stunning walking routes. Access through a private gate at the bottom of the park you can walk directly down to The Glen Beach with walks to Saundersfoot, Amroth, Tenby and much further.
For the Children
Pembrokeshire boasts some of Wales’ top attractions for children, Folly Farm park and zoo is a 10 minute drive from the park and offers entertainment for all ages. Oakwood theme park the largest theme park in Wales is just 15 minutes away, if you fancy a fun thrilling day out Oakwood is the place to go. There are also numerous other attractions to visit, Heatherton World of Activities, Anna’s Welsh Zoo, The Dinosaur Park – so plenty to keep the children entertained!
Saundersfoot Bay Leisure Park is surrounded by beaches and within walking distance of many, Monkstone, Glen Beach, Coppit Hall, Wiseman’s Bridge, Saundersfoot and Tenby Beaches are all accessible by walking through our beautiful woodland trail, but please watch the incoming tides.
Sightseeing and History
Pembrokeshire isn’t short of History and things for all the family to do. Pembroke Castle and Carew Castle are just two of the castles in Pembrokeshire that boasts huge visitor numbers each year. Pembrokeshire is very proud of its heritage and a great day out is to be had by all by visiting all of the history and heritage the county has to offer.
Saundersfoot Bay is close to two golf courses, Tenby’s classic Golf Links course which is set among a patchwork of rolling green terrain and wild dunes, it boasts a classic 18-hole links course and a variety of challenges, with stunning sea views and open all year round to members and non members. There is also Trefloyne golf course, with 18 holes of stunning parkland golf, golfers of all levels and non members are welcome.
St Brides spa is a short walk from the park and offers a luxurious spa experience.
